When Did I Get Old!?!

I feel the same way. Nothing like baby-induced sleep deprivation to put some new crows feet on your face! On the bright side, i feel like my "smile lines" have deepened because I spend so much time laughing with my 19mo. old, so that's never a bad thing!
I worked at a spa for awhile and they let me in on this little secret: there are 3 categories of face products. I forget the actual names of the categories, but they go like this:
Stuff you buy at the drug/grocery store
Stuff you buy at the cosmetics counter in the mall
Stuff you buy from physcians (pharmaceutical grade) - you can get these at medi-spas or plastic surgury practices after a skin care consultation

They get more expensive, obviously, at every level. But that's because they're better tested and the ingredients are higher quality. Keep in mind that you really do get what you pay for when you buy skincare products. Sephora.com has beauty consultants that you can email and they'll give you a list of products to meet your needs and your budget. You can also go to NewBeauty.com and purchase a "test tube" of sample products to try before you buy!
I've recently been introduced to the Philosophy line of skincare products and I love it.

I can definetely and wholeheartedly recomend the Avon Thermal cleanser and then the Avon Banishing cream for your whole face and neck area. Also I am using the baishing cream on the top of my hands so my freckles will not turn into age-spots.
Maybe the "wrinkles" that you see around your eye area are related to the winter heating, forced air heat does a number on my skin every year. So I have humidifiers (the steam kind) set up in each room, and that has helped tremendously. This also makes it feel warmer so you might be able to turn down your heat a couple of degrees, I have not noticed a significant increase in the electric bill due to four humidifiers running twenty four seven. Also make sure you drink enough none caffeinated beverages to keep you hydrated.
