The cut off date for Libra is 22nd. Her being in the middle like that she may would have traits of both. However I do agree with Rhonda its a tool of the devil. Thats one reason for the tower of Babel. When God confused the people's language to have them apart and go their own ways. That was what they were doing they were building the tower to study astrology. God wants us to rely on him not get to knowledgeable where we don't depend on him for answers. Yet it is always fun to know your sign and your birthstone I don't read too much into it. Like I see where people do carry the traits of their sign but I don't let myself get rapped up in what my scope said for the day. The devil has power of what you give him, I like God to be in charge of my destiny not Satan.

My suggestion would be to not "go with" either sign, instead letting her discover her own nature.

My birthday is also October 23. You might not be able to find this out until she is older to notice which traits she has more of. I know for me I am more scorpio than libra.
