So, I see a HBH on someone's menu already, what other wonderful dishes are on the menu for Easter this year?

HBH Honey Baked Ham

What can I do next?

Do you know you can get a pizza delivered VERY fast on Easter? Lol.

And you can go out to Eat anywhere without a wait on Super Bowl Sunday?

Standing rib roast, green bean casserole, homemade mashed potatoes, relish tray and a lemon cake for lunch.

Pizza Hut with the in-laws (tradition) for dinner :)

I usually smoke a turkey, but this year we will be on a Princess Cruise through the Panama Canal celebrating our 40th anniversary, so I don't know what is for Easter dinner, but I do know I won't be cooking it. ;~))

We leave tomorrow.

Hope all of you have a Happy Easter. Good luck to you and yours.

We traditionally have a very simple Easter Dinner of pea and ham soup made with the Christmas ham bone and frozen until Easter. We serve it with warm crusty bread rolls and butter.

There are some nice desserts usually done too - mostly cheesecake and pavlova. Then there's all the chocolate.

I love Easter. It's a beautiful time of the year, and where I live, the weather is perfect. Sparkling days, just with a touch of autumn in the air, but still warm enough to swim during the day.

i need to get cracking on figuring this out!
a honey ham for sure. lots of side dishes. probably casseroles. i'm thinking carrot cake cupcakes and french silk pie for dessert.
i'm not christian, so it's not a big deal to me, but it always amuses me that so many eat ham on a day dedicated to a jewish fella!

Sorry for being dense, but what is "HBH?"

For us, we are having Easter Brunch. Not dinner.
Many do brunch here... be it a feast at home/with family or out at a restaurant. Restaurants are booked solid for Brunch, in my city.

Planning on making corned beef, some kind of potato casserole, don't know what kind of veggie/veggies. It's just my husband, the two teens and myself on Easter so we don't need too much or anything too fancy. My daughter will just have returned from a HS trip to Europe around midnight so I'd rather spend the time hearing all about her trip and seeing her pictures than spending a lot of time cooking

It is just the 3 of us and we still don't have firm plans.

In the event that we are home, it will be rack of lamb and I have not yet decided on sides!

If my mom is cooking, it would be Lamb. My Mil is cooking. ham or lasagna and other foods that my son can not eat (we are gluten free) .
My mom is not going to be here, so I might just have it myself.
