What Order Did Your Baby Get His Teeth?

My baby has had his two bottom center incisors since 6 months. His top ones did not come in yet. Now he is getting the two lateral incisors on top but no center incisors. Is this okay? Did anyone else have the teeth come in this way? Thanks so much!

What can I do next?

My son got the bottom front teeth, then his "vampire" teeth on the top and then the front top.
Followed by a molar here or there. Pretty sporadic, but a full set in the end! :)

Pretty common I think. Mine did bottom middle, top laterals looked like they were coming through, but then the top middle shot through a day or so before (that is, laterals started first but center were fully in first, if that makes sense), after that it's all a blur, he had all 20 baby teeth by 14 months (16 at his first birthday).

Hope this helps.

Yep, my son had exactly the same thing. It is perfectly fine, don't worry.

Yep... My husband said my daughter had fangs. She now has a mouth full of teeth.

Totally fine. There is a typical pattern to how teeth come in but it is totally normal for them to come in any order.

It's perfectly fine. A girl at my son's daycare had her top lateral incisors come in first and she looked like a little vampire. Her mom works for a dentist and he told her to not worry; her other teeth will come in. And they have! So I wouldn't worry about it.

Bottom front first, then top two middle teeth. I wouldn't worry....
