What Is Your Favorite Stroller for a 2 Yr Old and a Newborn?

I'm trying to figure out if i want a double stroller or a sit and stand stroller. My daughter will be 2 yrs and 7 months when our baby is born. I have a single stroller right now, but am thinking my 2 yr old will still need a stroller. We put my first daughter in a stroller passed the age of 5. My kids are tiny lil things. What works best for your family? I also have a 7 yr old. What brands are you favorite?

What can I do next?

I JUST ordered one the other day. I have a 2 1/2 yr old and a 3 month old. It's called the Baby Trend Double Sit and Stand. It was only $170 at Target which is cheap compared to a lot of the double strollers. This one is a double that can also be turned into a sit and stand. I couldn't decide between a double stroller and a sit and stand so this was perfect for me. I did a lot of research before deciding, it had good reviews but I haven't received it yet just thought I'd let you know about this one!

We got the sit-n-stand when my oldest was 2y8m and my 2nd son was born. LOVED it. My son is also tiny. He would stay on very well and loved getting on/off by himself. Now my kids are 5.5, almost 3, and 5 months. If we're at the mall, all 3 can fit on (the two older boys sit together). I love letting the older child have the ability to get on/off by himself. For instance, my kids love pushing elevator buttons. So, when we get to the elevator, he can hop off, press the button, and hop back on.

My sis got the full-blown double stroller (Graco) before I got my sit-n-stand and she hated it. It was bigger (harder to lift--fit in car), and she was always lifting her kids in and out. She ended up buying a sit and stand after I got mine!

We used our single stroller for toddler and Baby Bjorn for baby. This worked out really well for everyone until recently when baby (9 months) started getting too heavy so we got a wagon with seat belts, cup holders, etc. and everyone loves using it. We skipped the whole double stroller thing.

Hands down Phil and Ted. Can be a single or a double. And as a double, it still only has the footprint of a single, so maneuvering is still easy.

Its expensive but the most versatile double stroller out there- Phil and Ted's Sporty double. It can be a single or double at any given moment by removing the second seat. Can also handle the infant carrier car seat. Also, its an inline (not side by side) but isn't huge like most front-to-back double strollers!

LOVE Baby Trend Sit N Stand Double, after 4 strollers and I'd buy it again.

Hated my Joovy.

I have an 8 year old, 4.5 year old, almost 3 year old and pregnant with #4.
