I have alread planted mine. About 2 weeks ago, and they are doing really well. Im in the Ft Eustis area. The leaves are nice and green and have taken really well to the area planted. Good luck!!

I cut my roses really hard in beginning Febr. and they are shooting right now.

i was always told not to plant flowers like that in the ground until may....usually mother's day has always been a rule of thumb for me. sometimes the ground is still to cold and we may have some colder nights that freeze the ground. you want warmer ground so the flower can take root better.

Don't know where you are, I am in Maryland with acres of beautiful roses I have planted the past 10 years and Never before Mothers Day! There always seems to be a freeze right before then. Remember, feed them once a month!

You can plant rose bushes any time that the stores sell them.

1) Make sure you leave the bulb of the root out of the ground.

2) Water them everyday for 2 weeks.

3) Spray your roses weekly for black spot.

4) Trim the roses at the 5 leaf area.

5) Roses need alot of care.
