What Is a Good Prenatel Yoga Video for Beginner?

I'm three months pregnant, with our second baby, and would like to start yoga. I know walking is great but it is putting alot of stress on my pregnancy. My doctor suggested yoga. And I'm planning on having my second naturally..sooo yoga will be great to help me with my breathing.

Do you know of a great yoga video for beginners and/or prenatel. My lil one loves stretching everyday so I think she would the yoga too. Cannot afford to go to the gym or sign up for a class.
Thanks

I am also in my third month with #2 and am starting yoga. Ive been using the Gaiam prenatal video and really like it! Its not too strenuous and moves are very easy to follow. I got mine at Barnes and Noble.

Congratulations!!

Try Fit Mama. It's a great prenatal video. Good luck and congratulations!

Destination Maternity offers some free classes. Check them out! Unfortunately, I don't have any good video ideas :-(

The Gaiam (sp?) company has a prenatal dvd. Its pretty good. They have three people demonstrating for each trimester so you can modify the poses based on how big your belly is at the time and for what is safe. It is also in sections, floor work, standing poses, relaxation etc, so you can pick which sections to do if the whole thing wears you out to much. Good Luck.

I have Yoga Mama from Crunch fitness, recommended by Shape's fit pregnancy (that's what's on the cover). It's really good--very easy and low impact. I haven't been doing the whole video, but lately I've been having back pain, and if I just do a few minutes, it helps stretch my back out at least and I do a little breathing.
