What Face Wash and Face Lotion Are the Best?

I am looking for a new face wash and face lotion. So what do you like the best and what do you just not like at all. Right now I keep switching my face wash because everything seems to dry out my skin( I have combination skin). I currently use clinique's dramatically different lotion but I'm not that happy with it either.

Also if anyone knows of something to get rid of fine lines and wrinkles.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?™

Thanks everyone for all your help. I haven't decided anything yet, I'm going to look into all the different ones.

I have been using (and selling) Arbonne for almost 10 years. i used to use Clinque also and fell in love with Arbonne when I tried it and haven't looked back. It is herbally & botanically based with state of the art formulations. It will definitely help with hydration as well as fine lines and wrinkles. If you are interested in trying samples, let me know and I will get them to you promptly. Thanks.

I have always had issues with my skin and have tried so many different products. For the last year I have been using Patricia Wexler products found at Bath and Body Works. I LOVE them. I am using her face scrub/wash - there is also a foam but I need something for dry skin. I am also using her cream that has a 30 SPF. My doctor suggested that I should use a daily 30 SPF on my face now that I am showing signs of dark spots due to loving that sun. Good Luck.

I have extremely sensitive skin. Most of the very best products give me hives. I use my baby's body wash to wash my face (even remove makeup) and I am wholeheartedly sold on Arbonne products. I don't sell them but I have a friend who does if you are interested. I LOVE LOVE LOVE their products! Absolutely amazing and not a hive in sight!

Hi T., my name is J.. I sell & love the Anew products, they work great, are resonably priced & are great for my aging skin & fighting fine lines & wrinkles. Don't have an Avon lady? I'd be happy to help, give me a call ###-###-####!

I have a problem with dry skin too, especially in the winter. I have always used Clinique's pink face wash and usually love it but it didn't help my dry skin. I started using Oil of Olay's hydrating foaming face wash and have been using it all winter and love it. I haven't had flaky skin at all and it's fairly inexpensive. It removes makeup well too.

Purity by Philosophy is a great face wash for combination skin. Hope in a Jar by Philosophy is the face cream I use and my skin has never been better. You can buy on-line direct from Philosophy, at QVC, or at Sephora. Costs a bit more than drug store brands but lasts a long time.

I like to use something with as little chemicals, ok no chemicals at all. I'm loving my face lotion it's by BWC beauty without cruelty, no bunny testing. I got it from the health food store and it was between 8-13 $. Still probably less than clinique. I'm using trader joes castle liquid soap on body & face. Just a little on a face scruby brush, so it's soft but I also get some exfoliation. Then I use the desert essences blemish roll on as needed for my combination areas. I also started using bearts bees repair serum around my eyes just to head off nature and laugh lines.

I have a friend in her mid 30's who looks like she's 20 her skin is so lovely. And it's because she eats a lot of raw organic veggies. She eats almost all raw foods, there's a ton of info out about raw food right now.

I use an all-natural soap made locally in Lowell at Simple Pleasures. After I wash my face, it feels so soft I don't even need to use lotion. I've also been very happy with Aveeno's oatmeal face soap, in the bar form, as well as the Aveeno 24-hour body moisturizing lotion. It's so gentle and soothing and my favorite for everyday face use.

I would like to second the suggestion for Dove ProAge face wash - it is very non-drying. I also love DHC deep cleansing oil (dhccare.com). I alternate both products (one in a.m., the other in p.m.) because they are both so great for dry skin.
