What Can You Use to Get Stickers off That Won't Damage Walls?

I need to get some stickers off the walls and the dishwasher front - does anyone now something that can get them off without doing damage. When I had to get them off the table I used clorox spray and let it sit, but it just runs down the walls and won't work on this. I am sure someone else has had this happen...help.

What can I do next?

I agree with the responses below about using Goo Be Gone. It works great. If you don't have that, try using eye makeup remover. It works just as well and it's something you may already have. I've used this many times to get price stickers off of products and sticky residue off of just about anything. There may be a little oily residue with both the eye makeup remover and the Goo Be Gone but just get a light soapy washtowel or dish sponge and gently wipe off the greasy residue. I use the Eye Makeup remover more than the GBG because I always have it on hand.

Good luck.

WD-40 works. We use it to remove stickers, glue, gum, etc...
You may have to wet the area and let it sit for a while and treat more than once but I know it works.

D.: Hey! In response to your question regarding getting stickers off the wall / dishwasher front - I would recommend using Lighter Fluid. I know this sounds odd, but when I was in college I worked at a college bookstore and that is what we used to get price tags off of book fronts without injuring the book. Or you might try "goo be gone" that you can find at Walmart.
Good Luck,

Get a bottle of Tea Tree Oil. This can be purchased in the Vitamin & Nutrients area of most stores. I know Wal-mart carries it. Put some of the liquid on a cotton ball or soft cloth and wipe area till gone. It will remove the sticker and all sticky residue. It smells, but works. You can use soap & water after removing to get rid of any Tea Tree Oil residue so the smell will go away. Also good for removing permanent marker and scuff marks on floors from black sole shoes.

Hi D.,
Mr. Clean has a new product - Eraser? - I've used in the past. Be careful that you don't take off the sheet rock. You can use a product calle Goo Gone (Walgreens or WalMart) for stickers and such on the fridge, dishwasher and the floor. It smells funny, but it's great and works! Do not use it on the walls as it will leave an oily looking stain.
Good luck!

Have you tried Goo Gone? you can get it at Home Depot or Walgreens. It helps get sticky stuff off of different textures. Try a little on part of the wall to check for discoloration. Hope that helps.
