Hello Moms~

Well along with the new year comes diet time! I'm back on Weight Watchers and was wondering if anyone had any good weight watcher recipes that they would like to share. We're on the points system. I've gotten a lot of the www.dwlz.com website but would like some more. Also, has anyone bought the new cookbook? I saw one at Walmart for like $15 a wondered if it was worth it.

Thanks~

I have almost 500 pages full of WW recipes that I received from someone on the WW message boards. If you would like to send me your email address, I would be happy to email them to you.

BTW, I lost 30 pounds on WW last year and still need to lose about 20 more. I just found out I am pregnant so I definitely plan on starting back after I have the baby. Good Luck!

This is a good and light.

Pumpkin Delight

1 carton of Cool Whip Free
1 can of Libby's Pumkpkin
1 small carton of vanilla pudding

Mix all together and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before you serve. You can add a little nutmeg for a topping. It is delicious. I am not certain about the points but I believe it is 2 points per cup.

Enjoy~S.
