Warren Township Highschool (Gurnee)??

They do ok for most students but if yours is out of the main stream; good or bad they don't do much. Usually off load them to other schools or programs.

I ABSOLUTELY recommend Warren Twp. High School!! I have not only graduated there myself (a long time ago...!!) But I have sent almost 4 children there! My youngest is lead trumpet player in the top band and is in AP classes, NHS, and IMEA all-district for band. She has a GPA over 4.0 because of the AP classes. Another daughter excelled in art and music. One of her paintings is on the wall of the Almond Rd. campus, and she now has a 4yr. college degree in Liberal Arts. I can go on and on, (like us Moms love to do), but we have been pleased with the support and help this school has given us. We particularly like the fact that the campuses are split; Freshman and Soph. at O'Plaine Campus, and Junior and Senior at Almond Rd. All of my children went to District 56 for their younger years. ---J. T.

I personally don't have kids at this school. We are in a different district, but I've heard many good things about the school.
