Walking Group for Expectant Mothers?

There is a Yahoo Group of Mommies that delivered at Good Sam Hospital that is focused on walking. they have been around since 2004. I joined in 2005 but I haven't done anything with them since 2005. Send a request to see if you can join - ____@____.com

Most of us met at the Good Samaritan new moms support group.

I just found 2 other alternatives but they are fee based.
1. www.strollerpower.com (evenings fits the working moms schedule and the payment goes with your workout.)

I am not expecting (have 5 all ready and am SO done! lol!), but also work part-time and would love to take advantage of the gorgeous spring weather. I live in San Jose near Campbell and I'm usually free in the a.m.'s and all day Fridays.

I am not sure if you would feel comfortable with it, but there is a website for "strollerhikes" (created by and run by parents, no fee service) that take place throughout this area, throughout the week, at different times in different terrains. I'm sure you would be welcomed to the group and after your baby arrives it would be a great way to get out and enjoy the fresh air!

Hi B.. I would love to join up with some folks for a scheduled walk. I'm new to the area and live on the Western side of San Jose. I'm also 32 and am due in July.
