Walgreens Digital Pregnancy Test Question

I had bought the 2 test kit a while back and used one before. Now my last period was 44 days ago and I used the other test stick but I had thrown the instruction sheet out last time. It came out reading "See Leaflet" Anyone know what that could mean?

1. I am never late
2. Over 40... Could I just be going through the change?

So What Happened?™

Was at the Dr's office for my son and had the nurses do a preg. test and it came out negative. I talked to the Dr. b/c I haven't had a period since 1/26. He said it could just be a hormonal imbalance and not enough estrogen being produced. My son is 14 and I have a 2yr old that I am still nursing. So maybe with all that plus going on 43, hormonal changes are going on and possibly just going through early parts of the change.

I bought the same WalGreens preg test....it gave me a negative, but it was really positive. Don't trust the off brands. Go to the doctor or go buy a name brand. Good luck!

Usually the "see leaflet" means the test wasn't able to able to get a strong reading which could mean a number of different things from not doing the test correctly, etc. You may want to just go get the blood test from the doc just to make sure. I'm sure it would ease your mind to know one way or the other! Good Luck!

WJ... I am chuckling since my last pregnancy occurred at age 44 (suprise blessings DO happen). Go buy another test - spend a couple extra bucks and get a good brand name one. Sometimes those generic tests that come 2 in a package have one defective one, it's a rip-off.
Of course, call your doc's office - but I don't think you are going thru the change - you'd likely have hot flashes and other unpleasant symptoms.
Let us know what happens. ;0)

It means you did something that doesn't agree with the test so you would most likely have to take another one. Maybe the test was laying on a flat surface and it didn't get an accurate reading or something of that nature. Take another one and lay it on a flat surface. Don't pick it up, don't shake it. Just let the results show when it's ready. Good Luck!

I would buy another test or go to the doctor - that's the only way to know.

according to consumer reports, First Response is the most accurate and reliable pregnancy test on the market. I would go redo the test with a First Response one. good luck

To ease your worries, I would call the doctor and request a blood test. This way you will know for sure and can start you prenatal care. Good Luck!

Hi Whitney,
This is an error message and it means the test did not funtion properly. The test stick cannot be reused. The "See leaflet" message will stay on the display for about 30 minutes. Once the words disappear, you can reuse the test holder with a new test stick.
Try again tomorrow morning!
