Video Monitor - Fremont,CA

It really will depend on your house for the reception. I and most of my friends have had great luck with the Summer monitor but for one friend she just couldn't get good reception in her house and she had to buy a different brand that worked. Summer is really a great monitor!

We have the one from Summer and love it. The picture is very clear--even at night with no lights on. I wouldn't be able to sleep without being able to see my baby!

I have the Summer one and think it's fantastic. I also had a problem with one of the buttons sticking after I'd had it for about a year and they sent me a brand new one free of charge. That's worth a lot to me!

We have the Summer one (though its not flat screen) and its really great. Good picture quality and clear reception even in our apartment building.

My husband got me the summer one for Christmas and I love it, I don't know what I would do without it. I can see her in the dark at night without turning the light on - it is marvelous. Plus you can put up to 4 different cameras on it - we are going to have another baby soon, so that is great for me - or you can get a camera for grandmas house and just transport the actual monitor part back and forth as needed....works out great for us - good Luck

Mobi Cam AV is what we used, it worked wonderfully. However, the camera was a little limited when adjusting to see the baby, we had to get creative.

On a personal note, I regret using the camera at night. It really disturbed my sleep, knowing I could flip the screen on and see my baby at any time. I was always checking the thing. It got to the point where we replaced it with a sound monitor and only use the video during the day.
