Very Faint, Faint, Faint, Faint Line on Pregnancy Test?

I mean faint, but it was blue like the control and my husband saw it. Did it the next day and it was the same. It is an early test, AF is due tomorrow. Is this a positive?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?™

Thanks so much everyone. I am bummed because AF decided to show up after all. I have a short luteal phase, so I am pretty sure that eggs don't implant. I was just excited because we tried for over a year with my DD, but this was a one time try. Oh well, now to figure out if I want to go through seriously trying for another, or just let the chips fall where they may. Thanks so much!

Is the line suppose to show blue? If so, then it is a positive test. If its suppose to be another color then I'd get a blood test from my doctor...

use the tests that say pregnant or not pregnant. I couldn't tell what my tests were saying either b/c the lines were so faint.

My pregnancy test was very faint line 13 years ago and I was pregnant with Twins!!!

Yup...it's a positive! Your hormones that keep your body from rejecting the embryo haven't kicked into high gear yet, that's why the line is faint. But any hint of a line if a positive. Congrats!

Sounds like it is positive but make sure you're reading the test within the time window. I was one of those desperate people that wanted a positive so bad that I dug it out of the trash the next day and thought it was positive. Turns out it was an evaporation line. Congrats.

Try a different brand of tester now?

Get a different brand and do it again! I have heard that with a pregnancy test, it will give a false negative, but NEVER a false positive.

Good luck!!

Just because you started doesnt mean your not pregnant..go to dr and get a blood test done!

I had the same thing happen. My Doc says, can have a false negative, but not false positive. I would say you are! Congrats!
