Urinary Incontinence - South Jordan,UT
Does anybody else have a problem with urinary incontinence? If so, do you have any suggestions to help with this problem or a doctor referral in the Salt Lake valley?

Make an appt with your OB/GYN and ask them to check you out. I had the same problem and put it off. I was later rewarded to find out that my uterus had prolapsed onto my bladder and I had the pleasure of a hysterectomy and bladder lift surgery--not something I would recommend. Try to solve what you can early (have you tried kegel exercises?) before you need serious medical intervention. Good luck and don't put this off!!

Hi M.,
I suffered with this problem for a long time after giving birth to three great kids!!! I would suggest an appointment with an urologist or OBGYN to discuss your options. For me I had surgery (an outpatient procedure) in April and it was the best decision I made! I can run, sneeze, cough etc and no leakage. I am done with kids, so if you want more babies, maybe wait.
For me exercises didn't do the trick, so surgery was the only option. I can recommennd Western Urological Clinic as a good place to go. This problem really limited my activities and I truly feel like a new gal!!
Good luck!
