Upromise

We belong to both Upromise and Babymint, and have both affinity credit cards. We've earned over $1,300 so far. Babymint was really slow to credit our account in the beginning, but they appear to have the kinks worked out. No complaints about either one.

I haven't heard of any negatives about it, I have it for my two boys and myself. It doesn't add up real quickly unless you have other people working with you.

I have belonged for years. They are a very reputable company. The trick is to get your family members to oontribute, too. Money will add up faster that way.

I also belong to it although I haven't gotten much money from it.

I recommend it also- the big thing if you have it to remember is anything you may order on line... go through Upromise's website to connect to the purchasing website. You can pretty much connect to any store through their website! Also, check on the website what restaurants around you participate! And my other big gain is ordering my pics through Kodakgallery.com but again found through Upromises account. I hope this will make sense to you, if not feel free to message me.

I do it and haven't had any problems. We haven't saved a lot of money but it is free money and why not take it.

We have not signed up for it yet but my stepmom belongs and has had no problems as of yet.

It's just another great way to save for college without thinking about it. We joined it when my son was born 8 years ago and haven't had any problems.

Don't hesitate get involved in Upromise. It is a wonderful program that works with your 529 college fund. You will have to take a few minutes to register your cards so that they know when you've made a purchase, but once you've done that, you can just shop as usual (primarily through the internet) and you get free money into your 529. You can also have your family and friends register for your child and you can get free money from their purchases. You can't beat FREE! Also, presuming that you know that by setting up your 529 in your home state makes you eligible for a tax reduction come April 15th.

We joined 2 years ago after my son was born & have had no problems. It's free money, so why not! We aren't saving a lot, but every little bit can help. You can even link it to go toward paying off your student loans. We have our son's 529 college savings plan through Upromise - it's the Nevada plan & at the time was one of the top 5 or 10 plans in the country - I'm not sure if it's still up there or not (I hope so). If you live in Kansas, you can still take a tax deduction for your contributions to the plan as well. Bottom line, you should join!

I've been a member of Upromise for a while now and I love it...free money, what's beter. I've not had any problems with them ever. The only drawback I have is that our grocery stores around here don't participate in it, but I get money back every time I fill up my gas tank so I like that. I also really don't get many emails from them, usually just my once a month statement. Good luck.

I am actually a member of UPROMISE. I am sure I am not using it to its fullest potential yet, but I haven't had any problems with it. You will get mail from Upromise itself, but I don't think they sell the information as I haven't noticed an increase in spam mail from them at all.
The nice thing is they do have some good sale type deals and discounts.

I belong to pay off my student loan, and have my son (3) signed up to save for his college. I also have two 529's accounts going for my 3 y/o. Upromise is GREAT-and the only draew back is the emails sent-they send often with many deals-some that don't apply to me needs.
