What about a gift basket filled with things he likes to do. Like, does he golf? Fill it will golf balls and tees. Does he like NASCAR? Fill it with his fave driver's things. Plus, put in some cigars or chocolate or a bottle of wine or a 6-pack of beer. That kind of stuff...make it fun and try to make a theme with things that go together.

Two years ago I made a small scrapbook album filled with pictures of my husband and kids together. I titled it "Daddy and Me" and titled the pages according to whatever activity he was doing with the kids: Daddy and me cooking...Daddy and me planting flowers....Daddy and me fixing things....Daddy and me jumping, etc. On the last page I traced their little feet.
He really loved it and both kids like to flip through it and see pictures of them with their daddy. The book is designed so that you can add more pages. Maybe I'll update it this year :-)
