Tunic Shirts (Almost as Long as Dresses) for Preschoolers?

Both of my girls have requested tunics and leggings as their main clothing options for school this coming year. They hate structured pants like jeans and love soft clothes. So, I figured I would buy what they want and save money doing it (cause leggings have to be cheaper than real pants, right?) But I'm stumped. I can't find long sleeved tunic shirts anywhere in size 4 or 5. I've found tons of long tshirts, but no long sleeved long tshirts.

Can anyone help? Where to look... preferably online? (I've checked Childrens Place, Old Navy, Gap, and Target so far)

Thanks!

What can I do next?

My daughter always wears old dresses as tops! When they become too short to wear as a dress, she wears leggings or even just shorts/capris under them. She wears size 8/10 really but the other day she was wearing a size 5 dress as a tunic style tank top!

Just buy the short sleeved and they can wear a long sleeved shirt under them or a sweater over them???

Just use dresses, or long sleeved cotton dresses, OVER leggings.
That is what my daughter has always done, and which I buy for her. Just leggings under their dresses or skirts.
Its cute.

Using a 'dress' over leggings, is JUST like a Tunic. Especially if the dresses are shorter, per their growing taller, but if the dress still fits.

It does not have to be a "tunic" per say.

Or, I just saw some on Old Navy, online.
They also have cute leggings in many designs. Which can be used, under their dresses to create, a "tunic" look.

They show only 3 solid color long-sleeved tunics, the rest are short -sleeved. I would purchase long sleeved shirts to layer them over : )

They are not in season yet, wait until cooler weather hits and they'll be everywhere.

I dont see fall and winter stuff in the stores yet. its still 100+ out and when school starts we wont need long sleeves. I think with a preschooler she will most likely dip her sleeves in paint and ruin them anyway. I figure she will wear sleeveless or short sleeves and a sweater if its chilly. Ive bought my grand daughter several long tops with leggings.

try carters (but I don't think they do online) Also jumping beans brad from kohls
