My daughters go to The Academy of the Arts off of Johnson Dr.(right next to the ball fields in W. Shawnee)They have dance, tumbling,music,voice and theatre.All have teams to join as well. Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Julie are fabulous! My girls took at Pinnacle(gymnastics on 83rd) but wanted to just do the tumbling so we went with The Academy since we already had been doing dance there for years. I know that Miss Maria's is really good too. Good luck!

We live in Western Shawnee and my daughter has been going to Miss Marias for almost 6 years - she started when she just turned 4. It is off of 87th st. between 435 and pflumm - so, very easy to get to. They offer both tumbling and dance. they offer several mini classes over the summer that would give her a chance to try several different things. This is how my daughter started. My daughter is on one of their tumbling teams for the last four years too, but it's been amazing how much the coordination from that has helped her with her other sports as well.
