Trimmest Cloth Diaper and Cloth Wipe Solution
I have been doing cloth for awhile now, and decided it's time to try cloth wipes. But I have no idea what kind of solution to buy. Any suggestions?
What do you other Mommas who CD think is the trimmest diaper? I am leaning towards our Gro-Via All In One or Bumgenius 4.0. She also has some Gro-Via Shells with the snap in inserts, but that system doesnt work for her, they always leak.
I am wanting to stock up on some trim diapers for summer to fit under all the tight fitting clothes.

i use prefolded cloths and like them, I don't know that they're the thinest. cloth wipes are awesome...but I don't use any solution, just water. I have a prince lion heart wipe warm and put water and some flannel or thin, thin washcloth squares in it, works like a charm.

I also use grow babies, they fit under most clothing, except stiff tight pants, but my baby doesn't like those anyhow. The wipes we use are just cut up pieces of fleece that are wet and i keep them in a warmer.

I second the peri bottle idea. I keep one on my daughter's changing station. Use mostly water, occasionally add a drop of Dr. Bronner's. I also bought a 3 oz. travel size bottle for my diaper bag. I keep my wipes dry, then squirt water on them during changing. Piece of cake!

Just use plain water. But if you want to create a solution, you can. I used to make my own sometimes. My recipe:
4 cups of water
1 capsule of vitamin E oil (squeezed the oil out and discard the gelcap)
2-3 drops lavender essential oil

I never bought any solution- plain water worked just fine with my boys. I kept it in a leftover peri bottle by the changing station.

I would just use water. That way you don't have to deal with making it, and it's great for the skin! Dip them in water before use. Or I know some people who just use a spray bottle.
I just started using gdiaprs and I love them. Very trim and cute. I started using g's for when I go out and about and I think it's super easy and less bulk to carry around. Love it! I'll be doing a full review on my blog in a day or two after I've traveled more with him.

I've been cloth diapering for almost a year now, and it took quite a while to find pants that fit my son's cloth butt, but I found that the Kmart Wonderkids work best. And they are only $4 a pair!!!! I'm for that. And that fits using a prefold and a cover which is the bulkiest of them all.

I use Honey Buns wipes cubes. You dissolve them in hot water. I use much less than they recommend and it works just fine. I cut all of my cubes in half and just use a half a cube per 2 cups of water. I keep my wipes in an old disposable wipes tub and pour the wipes solution over them. The Honey Buns cubes smell soooo good! You can find them on www.kellyscloset.com.

We have Gro-Via and I find they are our trimmest. We have the shell and inserts, not the Gro-Via AIO. We also have BumGenius 3.0, but they definitely aren't as trim. We have some FuzziBunz and I actually think they are more trim then the BG. Oh, and we don't use wipes solution anymore. We use a bittle with water. When we did use solution, we used the BumGenius bottom cleaner. I loved it!!
