If you are going the cloth route, as opposed to disposable pull-up type training pants, I love Blue Penguin training pants. I had never heard of them until #3 came along and wondered where they had been all my life. My little one feels wet and uncomfortable but doesn't soak the house or even her tights. They are generally a bit pricey but I just saw them on sale here: http://buzziebee.com/ - go to shop and then training pants and it will take you right there. I love these!

gerber cotton training pants are great! I've gotten them at Target and at Walmart. They have the plain cotton ones and you can buy the plastic pants to go over seperately, or they sell cotton training pants with a vinyl outer shell all in one, that work great too.

Patty Potty training pants work great. Pricy, but work great in the end. We have some Gerber ones, too, but they soak right through to the clothing, so at the beginning the Patty Potty ones I thought worked much better for us. We have mostly the all cotton ones, and some waterproof ones for going out and visiting people.

There is a brand called Super Undies that you can find on cloth diapering sites like pinstripesandpolkadots.com that the outer material is waterproof but breathable so it's better for the little one's skin. The old school plastic pants get so hot on them because they don't breathe.

I used the Gerber (I think that's the brand) training pants you can buy in Target. They were just like regular underwear but great for my daughter to get used to not wearing diapers. Plus, my son looked gorgeous in her pink pants when he trained :)
Good luck!

FuzzyBunz has some wonderful cloth pullups with a waterproof outer layer that is still nice to the touch. They're a bit expensive, but depending on how well your daughter is doing, she may not go through too many in a day, and you only have to buy them once. We found that 3 of them were sufficient.

huggies work great becasue there sides open so when they need it changed you can open it and put it on without taking pants off especially when out in public.
