Toilet Brush

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone uses those Clorox Toilet Wand things. They seem like a good idea. Clean the toilet then throw away the mess. I hate having a nasty toilet brush in the bathroom. It's always in the way and it's unattractive.

Anyway. If anyone does use them...how do you like them? Are they worth the extra expense? My father had me buy him the flushable kind and they were horrible. It was like cheap toilet paper on the end of a stick!

Also, if anyone has other suggestions as to how I can keep a sanitary toilet without storing the germs in my home I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks...

What can I do next?

Thanks so much everyone! I think you all have convinced me to go for it! Here's to a healthy toilet!!!

Yes, the Clorox Toilet Wand is great! The tip stays on REALLY good, has lots of cleaner already in the tip (enough that I was able to clean 2 toilets) and very sanitary. I would recommend it!

I use clorox toilet wands, believe me they are the best. I wouldn't use anything else.

I got my kit free through this website too. I guess I'm a Clorox Mama. I really thought I wouldn't like it because of the waste and regular expense. I tend to avoid disposable things if I can. However, this brush works really well and doesn't make much waste. I figure it's comparable to my regular method of dumping tons of abrasive cleanser in the bowl. I bought my first refill pack today and it was cheaper than my old cleanser and last about as long. I like how the scrubie end doesn't accidentally fall off. I was afraid it would. Also, it pivots a little and gets under the lip much better than my old brush.

i really like them, but i also use the clorex toilet bowl cleaner along with the wand and that combo works wellfor me.

I love them and will not use anything else now. I have tried a lot of others and this is by far the best and looks great hidden in the container it comes with.

I love them! It makes it easy for my older kids to keep their bathroom clean too! I felt like it cleans better than our regular brush and cleanser. Seemed to stay clean longer too.

I have tried this brush. I actually got one for free from momwire.com. I can't tell you if they are worth the expense since I have not seen what they cost in the store but I do like it. It is so much nicer to think that the germs are gone out of the bathroom instead of sitting in the brush behind the toilet. It works really well. You don't need to use cleaner since it is already in the sponge and releases once you get it wet. I do think that the standard toilet brushes feel sturdier in my hand but after I adjusted how hard I actually scrubbed with the clorox wand everything was fine.
Hope this helps -

I use them and love them!!! I first put in the toilet the works toilet bowl cleaner. Let that sit for a min or so and then take the wand to the toilet. Stays cleaner longer. :) I will also take the Clorox Disinfecting wipes to the outside and around the toilet on the floor. (I have 3 boys in the house who miss the toilet lol )
