Okay all you smart mommas out there, i need some help! We are driving to Florida in January to stay with family in West Palm Beach, but we really want to stop at Disney for just one day and take our 5 yr. old little girl. I see all these great offers and packages for disney vacations, but not many for tickets for just one day. We just want to spend one day at Disney World no where else. Does anyone know of a ligit place where we can the cheap tickets? I see lots of web-sites that offer great prices, but I'm always leary that it is a scam. So, if you have used any web-site to get cheap tickets and they were legit I would really love to know what they are.

Thanks for your help!

We have been a lot of times, but if you are only going for 1 day, you will have to pay the price Disney ask for which is @ $55.00 per Ticket, they get you on the one day, I have been able to get a ticket less than the asking price, now sometime you can get free tickets if you attend a sales seminar on Time Share Presentations.

If you or your husband is military, you can get a good discount that way. I also know some large businesses can get discounted tickets for their employees. Other than that, if you're wanting a discount you'll have to purchase at least a two-day ticket. There are not offers for just one day. The offers are to entice you to come for an entire vacation there.

Hi C.,

I have taken my kids to both Disney Land and Disney World a number of times. If you are going for one day, you will probably have to purchase tickets right there at the park. Unfortunately, as far as I know, there are no cheap tickets to Disney Parks. However, if you do find a way to purchase inexpensive tickets to Disney, please let me know. I will say, that even though they are expensive, the kids have a great time and it is worth every penny.

HI C., we just went in June and did all the homework we could before hand to make our trip as stress free as possible. We too have a 5 year old and wanted this to be so fun for him. The good news it was, the so so news is that as far as we could tell unless you are staying somewhere in Orlando that offers a free ticket or discounted ticket as part of their package, there aren't any cheap tickets. Even if you go to mouse savers.com there really isn't any savings worth getting them early. I would do a search online and see if maybe someone reputable has some on EBAY or if any hotels are offering any in Orlando. Your daughter will love Magic Kingdom. Be safe and I hope you are able to find some discounted tickets. If you do, please share! We weren't really able to! Blessings, J.

A looooong time ago, my parents purchased tickets to Disney World at the Disney Store at the mall. If they still do that, it might be the most convenient way to get a one day ticket. Otherwise, maybe use a travel agent. Have fun!! I'm jealous...

www.undercovertourist.com is about the only reliable place to buy discounted Disney tickets. They are authorized by Disney too. There won't be huge savings, but they will save you a little. If you're only going for 1 day, you probably want to just stick with Magic Kingdom and not try to do park hopping...that will save you a little bit too.

Other than what was posted here, there really arent any discounts on one day tickets. Even longer stay ticket disounts are few and far between.

One more tip-do NOT buy tickets from ebay or a place you do not know well. There is no way to know for sure they are valid until they are scanned at the main gate of the park, and by then if they are expired or fake you are stuck. Some people buy multi day tickets and they have some days left on them, so they try to sell them. Problem is that sometimes they expire. You have to pay extra for a non expiring option on a ticket.
