Another option would be to join one of those "revolutions" or boot camp type things at your local gym (fitness center). Mine was $99 and it came will a 3 hr. nutritional seminal, special exercise 101 classes, a session with a personal trainer and they do weigh ins and pics throught the 8 weeks. You really learn a lot and it really gets you psyched to stick with your changes, and they a life long changes for healthy living.

Another option is to google diet tricks or tips. All sorts of advice will come up. See which ones work best for you. It could be something as simple as brushing your teeth right after dinner or eating a handful of almonds with each meal or sipping on plain green tea between each meal. Getting up and stretching/flexing for 5 min. every hour will keep your metabolism elevated. You never know what simple little things can turn out to be helpful.

It is my understanding that sensa is geared to those who need to lose more than 30 lbs.

Good luck!

The reviews I've read were horrible. Shocked it's even still on the market.

Honestly, the way to lose weight is to cut your portion sizes and limit the fat in your meals/snacks, and work in some time to exercise too if you can. There are no real shortcuts that are safe and long term.
