Hi C.!
If you are wanting to do things with other moms and kids I highly recommend going to momsclub.org and finding a chapter near you. This is an international playgroup with chapters all over the world. The chapter where I live has 46 members with a full calendar of fun activities to attend. If you need any help please feel free to let me know. I have been a member for over 3 years now! I love it!

Check out metroplexbaby.com and arlingtonparent.com :)

There is an events calendar, as well as a directory of different merchants, including playspaces and stuff.

I love, love, love taking my daughter to Lake Arlington. The playground is very small, but if he is just two he won't mind. They also have lots of ducks, and my daughter really enjoys feeding them. Usually after that we go right down the road to either Braums or Marble Slab to get some ice cream. They are both in the same shopping center at Green Oaks and Poly Webb!

Hi C.,
I would suggest going to meetup.com and put in your zip code and find a mom and me group or a stay home group. I am a mom of a mommy group and we have things to do every week with our children.

Hi C.!

I'm one of the organizers for a mommy group through meetup.com. Our link is http://moms.meetup.com/2299/about/. We're pretty active around the Arlington and Grand Prairie area. We also have events in North Arlington. Check us out!
