Has anyone heard of a 8-9 mo. old cutting molars before all of her incisors.

What can I do next?

yes, my son is 18months old, late teether. He has all four of his molars, four upper incisors, 1 cuspid coming in up top. Two lower insicors, 2 outer lower incisors coming in now, and one lower cuspid. My son started getting in 11 teeth at once. In no particular order. Our pediatric dentist advised us that the 'average' order of teeth is not really what to expect, each child develops differently! I'd suggest if you're worried, to schedule w/ a ped. dentist - just for a visual check :).

Good luck!!

Incisors were the last teeth my son cut other than his two year molars.

Never heard of it, but there's a first time for everything I guess.

My son is 6 1/2 months and he has a molar coming in. It's not a big deal teeth, like your child, will do things at their own pace when they want to. Good luck.

My girl who is now almost 3 didn't get any of her teeth in the standard order. She got her front teeth after the ones next to it. When I asked my dentist about this, she said that while there is a "normal" order, as long as they are healthy it really doesn't matter.
