Hylands homeopathic teething tablets. Whole foods carry them and some health food stores. I used them for a my kids and feel they are great!

Liquid calcium for the kids. Sometimes when a child needs more calcium, this causes more pain with teething. At www.herbsfirst.com, you can find something called Kid-E-Calc and you can rub it on their gums and this will help. This way, they are getting the calcium and you are getting into them quickly.

Clove oil does numb any area it touches, but it is a 'hot' oil, so I wouldn't use it on the baby at this time.

Try freezing a gel type teething ring.

Or rub clove oil on gums
good luck

Hyland's Teething Tablets work wonders! I got some upon the advice of the mamas here, and they have been a lifesaver. I give the tablets if my LO is extremely fussy before a nap or bedtime.

With all three children (one currently teething) I have used Hyland's Teething Tablets.. They are completely natural and work wonders. Good Luck..

Hylands brand "Teething Tablets"!!!!! It SAVED us when it came to teething!! You can find them at Walmart, CVS, etc. It is Homeopathic and well worth it! I have started giving them as baby shower gifts!! They are that gooooooodddddd.
Also "Gripe Water" is another homeopathic remedy for gas/colic...

Hylands teething tablets available at WALMART offer some relief. I like Humphries better but I have never located it here. They are both homeopathic alternatives that work well. Before bed let the baby chew on a clean wet, than frozen washcloth.
