I like those Crest teeth whitening strips they work pretty well for me, and others I've known to use them. Pretty inexpensive too for what they do. They have all kinds of time lengths to choose from too.

I've had good results with Crest 3D white toothpaste-and my son had very good results with the Crest White Strips-after only one time!

There are a lot of great products out there but most of them taste nasty. I have recently switched my home to Melaleuca products. I absolutly love their tooth paste. My teeth have that just dentist cleaned feel and now that I think about it I am due for a new tooth brush.

My hubby just did the ZOOM whitening at the dentist and although he said contrary to what people think, it hurts! However, since he's been doing the ongoing home treatments with his trays from the dentist, his teeth look awesome (and the home trays do not hurt)!! He says he'd totally do it again despite the pain at the initial dentist appt.

Love the Crest White strips. I have even used them since they were available OTC. I use them 3-4 times per year and they work great. I'm kind of a nut about white teeth so I went to do the Zoom and they turned me away because they were already so white.

Honestly the only thing that will give you a dramatic change is bleaching trays from your dentist. You have molds done on your teeth at your dentist's office so they can make trays that fit your mouth, and then you get tubes of bleach that you put into the trays and wear them anywhere from an hour to overnight. Normally this kit is really expensive, a few hundred bucks, but my dentist just ran a special on it - trays and 6 tubes of bleach for $180. Also my dental insurance ended up covering half of it so that was awesome. I am a teeth grinder at night and I need a mouth guard anyway...I figured if I have to wear a mouth guard I might as well have super white teeth! Not to brag too much but my teeth are really white, and it doesn't take more than a few weeks to get them that way. :)

Also I believe there is a laser whitening treatment you can have done at your dentist, but I'm a coffee and red wine drinker so I wanted an option that would allow me to continue to whiten when needed.

My dentist recommends Crest White Strips and we have used them and they work great.
