My son's top two teeth came in at the same time (seriously, at the same time!) at 5 1/2 months. So, don't worry about it. The order actually doesn't matter, just as long as they come in, she'll be fine. :)

My son's first tooth came in at 5 months, and it was a top tooth. And, my daughter is just now getting her first tooth (at 4 1/2 months), and it's also a top one! So, both my children got a top tooth first. My son is two now, and all his teeth came in just fine -- I don't even remember the order after his first! ;)

My son cut his first four teeth together - all on the top. So far, he's only got one of the bottom teeth. From what everyone keeps telling me - from other moms to my pediatrician to a pediatric dentist friend of mine - there's nothing to worry about. Our kids are just a little different than the norm. ;)

The tooth growth chart is really just a guideline as to what is average and what to expect. It's not a chart in stone and not every child is the same. My two girls got their canines in first, one boy got his bottom two first and the other boy got his top two. The first three kids got all including their first year molars by the time they were 14 months and my youngest (now 13 months) has all of 8 teeth at this time and has a canine coming in when the average chart shows that those come in after the molars. Like I said, each child is different and grow and progress differently.
