Does anyone know of a good place for my children to take swimming lessons? Ages 2 and 4.

You may also want to check with Plano or Frisco parks and recreation. They offer swimming lessons.

My son, at 7 months, learned to float with the people at infantswim.com. This year he's doing the same type of program with infantaquatics.com. (Only switched to get a male instructor- he prefers males.) It's an excellent program which really works. They've had so many people come over with 5-year-old kids that did Emler or some other type like that because the kids never learned to actually swim by themselves.

Hi H.,
Can you send me any email/contact info of people who have responded to you regarding lessons. I have a 5 year old and 2.8 year old that I am interested in enrolling.
Thank you so much,
S.

H.,
I am actually offering swimming lessons this summer. We have a pool in our housing community. I was a lifeguard for 8 years, and taught swimming lessons to all ages every summer. I am a mother of 6 month old twins, and am looking for some extra money this summer. I am CPR certified, and have it updated every year.

We use Swim Plus in Plani www.swimplus.com.
Only adults teach the kids and they really do enforce pool safety which I like (teaching them to float, and making sure they jump in and swim directly to the side not the teacher) I recommend them!!
