Suggestions for Yoga Dvd's
I am looking for suggestions for good yoga DVD's. I've done classes for years off and on, but it is harder to find time outside the house these days. Anyone have suggestions for Yoga DVD's that they loved? I'm especially fond of Iyengar yoga.
Thanks in advance!

I would highly recommend Stephanie Snyder's yoga DVD, Strength and Toning. You can get it from the Yoga Journal website or on Amazon.

I don't know much about yoga or yoga DVDs but I do most of my works out free from on demand. I know they have yoga stuff and it changes so it's free and a variety.
Bets of luck,

Hi L. P
I happened to have noticed on Amazon.Com that they have mBKS Iyengar dvds.(the one where he teaches at Estes Park) I love that guy!! if you don't get too many suggestions here, maybe you can buy one of his used on there. I'm sure you can't go wrong if he is the one in the video doing the teaching. I agree with you, Iyengar is where it's at..

Do you have netflix? I have it for the purpose of getting exercise DVDs. There are many many yoga DVDs to choose from on there. As far as instructors one that I like is Baron Baptiste but I odn't know how his style compares or differes from Iyengar.
