Suggestions for Boy Names
I am expecting my 2nd baby in late summer. We picked girl names no problem, but are seriously struggling with boy names. We want something that's NOT COMMON, but also not strange. We want to use Rabon as the middle name, as it is my grandfather's name, so whatever we choose needs to flow with Rabon. Any suggestions for boy names? So far we've come up with Lane Rabon. My son is Kalven Jaxson. Also, the cousins are Gavin Allen, Lochlan Allen and Hudson Lee, so those names are all out. Thanks in advance for any ideas you have for me!
So What Happened?™
Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. I lost the baby on Sunday. Our hearts are broken. It was my 2nd miscarriage in 4 months. We will eventually try again, and I will keep your suggestions in mind then. It will be a while though.

Wow! I read all the responses and didn't see my son's name, William. He is now nearly 12 and I am not permitted to call him that anymore - it's Will and suits him quite well. I think William Rabon sounds great! When I was growing up (I'm closing in on 50), all the William's went by "Bill". Not so anymore. I don't meet many Wiliams but it is a noble name and when Will was learning to read, he loved to see how many times his name was in a book!!!
Have fun and enjoy that little boy!

I have always loved the names Shayne and Patrick. Either on of those would sound nice with Rabon I think.

Lance is nice but unusual. Most important is to check child's initials for future use as a grownup. I have four grown children, five step-children and twelve grandchildren (and taught lots of children, too!).

What about Parker, Camden, Caden, Austin, Dillon, Leland, Hudson, Miles or Ryker. I'm a former teacher and those were some of my favorite, unusual names. Good luck!
