Suggestions for a Carpal Tunnel Wrist Brace

I have a Mueller stabilizer, but it is really uncomfortable (really best to wear at night). Can you suggest one that provides good support but allows a little more flexibility?

What can I do next?

I have tendonitis and the brace is always enough to get me through flare ups, but my brother has carpel tunnel and he's had great luck with acupuncture. He felt it really reduced the inflammation and makes it manageable.

I ditched the brace and got a cortisone shot in the wrist. it helped alot. the brace never really helped at all

I got a wireless mouse and started using it on my thigh, that really helps with mine.

I can't remember what mine was but it didn't allow any flexibility. I just learned how to not hurt it doing stupid things. Hasn't given me trouble in eight years.

I know some people use those thingies that go just below your elbow. I forgot how they are supposed to work but when I was a checker a lot of women used them and said they work. (holy run on sentence bat man!) Meh, too lazy to correct it. :p

Get the surgery. The pain is gone INSTANTLY I had both hands done after my son was born. BEST thing I have ever done. It was nice to be able to sleep all night and not wake up in pain in the morning. The recovery time is next to NOTHING compared to even five years ago.

you need the stabalizer but when you decide you have had enough of that go to the chiropractor. you won't need the brace but on seldom occasions and when you go back to the chiropractor it comes off again. I have been to the chiropractor so many times I can pop my own neck with a hot bath.

I tried the wrist stabilizers and they never really helped. I got my ultimate results when I went for a massage and ditched the braces, :) Just a suggestion:):)
