has anyone used stubhub.com .. iv seen commercials for it on tv.. im trying to get tickets to the packers/giants game.. is it a reliable site?? it says my tickets would be fedex'd to me in a week ... i dont wana get ripped off the tickets are 200$ a piece, which i dont mind spending as long as i actually get them!!! (i just wana make sure its reliable, my dads friend warned me about using random online websites to order tickets from because u may not actually get them)
-also when i click buy tickets it says it cant process my payment menthod.. could it be because the check i deposited hasnt cleared yet(it will clear in 24 hrs) so at the moment there is less money in the account than the tickets actually cost?? i thought mayb i typed the card number wrong or some other info on there but i didnt everythings correct
thank you all for your responces.. im just paranoid now.. my fiances father spent a buttload of money ordering tickets for me a few minutes ago - really good seats- and my dad has a friend who works security at the staduim he just talked to on the phone and he was like do not get them from stubhub we have so many problems with them, thos tickets wont even get you passed the gate theyre bullshit they sell duplicates of the same seat so we just reject them... now i know he wouldnt just make something like that up but stubhub is a sponsor of the nfl how could they do something like that?? .. and also he jsut started workign at the stadium a couple of months ago.. my cousins been working security there for years and iv never heard anything like that from him.. i just texted him to ask what the deal is im keeping my fingers crossed!!!!!

Yes, i have used this site several times to buy tickets to sporting events, etc. They are a reliable site.
I think stubhub is actually backed by the NFL. I've used it a few times and got my tickets by FedEx within a week or so. Check and see if they have a refund policy. It will probably be in the long list of terms and conditions no one reads.
I was an usher last year for the USC football games and heard many people remark that they bought their tickets from stubhub.com. I never heard any complaints.

Yes, it's reliable! My sister has season tickets for college football and sells the tickets she doesn't use on stubhub.
I have used Stubhub many times and have never had a problem. Many times you print the tickets right after you purchase them.

We've used the site a lot and for tickets more than $200 each. Our tickets have been purchased for pro football, basketball, hockey and concerts. I keep track of all confirmation numbers, etc and we've never had an issue.
The only comment I would suggest is to use a credit card and not leave access to your banking open. We have always used a credit card to secure any purchases online. It is much easier to get a new credit card due to fraud than leave access to your banking wide open.
EXAMPLE: Hubby's card # was lifted last week and because I scour our credit card use daily (running a business, a lot of transcations.... you have to!!) I noticed a $350 charge on his card for a rental car last week and he had been home all week. We routinely use rental cars so that was no surprise but we knew he had not rented one last week. Of course, make sure the card never carries a balance.
ERR on the side of caution but as far as StubHub itself... we've never had an issue.
Yes, StubHub is reliable--I used it 8 years ago when I bought tickets to a Packers game.
I used StubHub for concert tickets last year. The tickets were valid and I had no problems at all.
just used it this last summer to get tickets for a concert!! had no problems!!
I won't use them either...its a hit or miss...the 1st time I got the tickets, no problem; then the 2nd time we got ripped off for $800 from some guy in England and Stubhub didn't even care! Believe me, it took hours before I could get throughout anyone, then they said it wasn't their problem...so be careful!!!
