Stroller for Baby and Toddler

In January we will have a newborn and a 3yr old. I have been looking for a stroller that will accommodate both children. I have considered a sit and stand stroller that has a spot in the back for the 3yr old to sit or stand, my problem is that it doesn't seem very comfortable for a tired 3yr old. Are there any moms in a similar situation? If so what type of stroller has worked well for you?

What can I do next?

I loathed our sit and stand. The storage area is small and hard to get to. It is long and hard to steer. I felt very clumsy using it. When the baby was a newborn, she was fine because we had the car seat adaptor, but when she got old enough to sit...she hated it. The back was at on odd angle and never stayed in position (that quirk may hav been unique to my particular stroller). My 3 year old llike to stand, but when she was tired it was useless. Yes she could sit, but there was no back rest. I would not recommend it.

My youngest 2 are exactly 3 years apart. It was way easier for me to wear the baby in a sling and use whatever is easier for the toddler. But we're not much of a stroller family!

I have a 6 month old and a 3 years old and personally I LOVE the ultralight joovy caboose!! now this is coming from someone who bought 3 other strollers to finally realize this one was it. lol my 3 year old doesnt nap and has a unlimited supply of energy so we do not have the "resting" problem. however when her legs do get tired of walking the seat is really nice for her to give her legs a break. the 3 year old thinks a stroller means they are inly for babies. but with this stroller she thinks as it more of a ride for her. we use it for my morning walks and the zoo and any place we will be for a long period of time. it has a nice parent organizer and the storage isnt HUGE but ithat doesnt bother me because my petunia pickle bottom boxy diaper bag hooks perfecty on, leaving the storage area for all those extra things. hope this helps! and congrats on the new baby :)
