Straw Sippy Cups
What is your favorite one? Currently using one that has a million pieces and is such a pain to wash and reassemble.

Problem with straw sippy cup is the straw can not really be clean to dishwasher clean. Bacteria can build up in the straw. I like the regular sippy cup.

I was using a straw sippy for a while, but changed to a different playtex cup...it pretty closely resembles a travel coffee mug but there's only one part to remove and it is insulated...it wasn't too expensive (about 5 or 6 bucks at Target) but we love it...it's much easier for my son to get those last few drops! :) Also, it is SUPER spill proof!!

Like Melissa said, Playtex is good. My 20-month old likes to hold his upside-down when he's finished and it will leak through the straw onto the floor. Nubi is good but annoying because the straws aren't quite long enough so there's always milk left over at the bottom of the cup where the straw doesn't reach. If you're willing to spend the money, there's a stainless steel one that sells at babies-r-us for around $14 that keeps the milk super-cold for a long time (great for day trips) - I think the brand is Foogo? It's super easy to clean with minimal parts - like the Playtex.

I love first years disposible straw cups. They are cheep, and supposed to be disposible. Although, we wash our in the dishwasher over and over. They never leak. I would definitly reccomend these!

I like the First Years Take n Toss ones. They're intended to be disposable, but they wash and reuse great...they're not perfectly leakproof, but won't spill if they're knocked over.

I loved the playtex ones because you could close the top to keep it from leaking, great for traveling. The first years disposable were great as well and you can use them over and over, but they don't close so those were just for home and when she was a little better at using the cup.

I use the Foogo Thermos ones you can find at Target. They are not that annoying to clean- has a couple parts. But it keeps your drinks cooler for a long time. Plus with all the news of the harmful effects of BPA in certain plastics, this thermos guarantees you don't have to worry about it.

playtex are the best, they last a long time don't leak and dishwash easy. I have tons.

Depending on the age of your child - we have used the Tupperware tumblers with lids - you use a regular straw and toss when used. They are great as kids get older and can be used as regular drink-ware for the rest of the family -
They are not perfect - but a good alternative!
