Still SO Confused About Early Pregnancy Possibility

I am 10 days past ovulation and 4 days before I am due to start my Menstral Cycle I have JUST recenlty started trying to concieve So I find it HIGHLY unlikely that I would be lucky enough to concieve this fast, BUT I have been having MULTIPLE early pregnancy symptoms for the last 6 days or so such as extreme nausea , light dull cramping too early to be my normal menstral cramps, heartburn & I keep smelling things no one else dose I am SO tired AND I keep waking up at 3:56 am EVERY morning to pee & that has never been an issue before...... but then again I could just be wanting them to be early pregnancy symptoms SO bad!! How ever I went to the urgent care yesterday to see if there was something more seriouse going on and my white blood cells are NOT elevated so they said I was not fighting anything off to be concerned about... they did not take a pregnancy blood test being that it was a urgent care wich dose not run that as standard test ? Being 5 days before I am due to start my menstral cycle I bought a Dollar tree home test & I got a negative . This morning I had slight drk spotting & then later it got a little heavier but remained the same color then slowed so far anyway.... should I be dissapointed or how likely am I to actually BE pregnant. Thanks for ALL your thoughts

What can I do next?

Chances are pretty good. This is my 3rd pregnancy, and all were "one hit wonders" so to speak :)

The bleeding you had today could very well be implantation bleeding. I had it with this pregnancy, and at first I mistook it for the onset of my menstural cycle. I know the waiting game really sucks, but I'd wait for 1-2 days past the day your period is due, and if no period, test then.

First of all, take a deep breath and breathe....... As much as you want to be pregnant, you can't wish it or worry about enough to make it happen, that happens between you and your husband/partner. Pregnancy is a 40 week journey and you'll need to have large amounts of patience while you're preganant and then an unlimited, lifelong supply once you become a parent. If you're trying to get pregnant, take over the counter prenatal vitamins now to make sure that you have a sufficient level of folic acid in your system, don't overdose. It it says to take one a day, don't take two to make up for lost time, there is no such thing as lost time. If you're smoking, quit. If your husband/partner is smoking, get him to quit. Don't stop exercising, if you don't have some sort of physical activity every day, start walking 30 minutes a day. You'll thank yourself come delivery day. Make sure all your vaccinations are up to date, especially your rubella shot... this is in advance of becoming pregnant.

High anxiety levels can impede your ability to get pregnant, so relax and enjoy being a couple. Once you're pregnant, your life is forever changed, it's all about the we and no longer the me. I wish you a very happy and wonder-filled life!!

Blood could be implantation spotting ...stop stressing its not good for pregnancies nor those TTC

Give yourself a few days and take another test- you could potentially spend a ton of money on pregnancy tests because it is too early. Start taking some pre-natal vitamins - no matter what that can only help things, you can't change things by taking more pregnancy tests ;).

Just relax, the stress you are putting yourself through isn't good either way. You will know in a week or two anyways, so just hang in there.

If your pregnant great if not keep trying...

Relax!!! When I was trying to get pregnant with my daughter, it took 6 months. We stopped birth control in August, and I was sure I was pregnant in December, but the test said no. My period was late and everything. Then, I didn't have one until Janurary and it was really really heavy. In March I still hadn't had another period, but I knew I didn't want a Christmas baby, so I took a test just to make sure I wasn't pregnant so I could go back on b/c and it came up positive. My suggestion is to quit being so anxious about it, I was and it didn't work for me. Once I stopped worrying about it, then it happened. I have a feeling that's the way it works for a lot of people. Also, remember that less than 30% of fertilized and implanted eggs are actually viable to the body and will grow to a baby. If the body suspects something wrong, it will naturally release the egg even if it has implanted. I have a feeling this is what happened to me that December/Janurary.

I did a lot of research on tests to see which ones are accurate, and surprisingly, Dollar Tree ones tested in the top 3, along with EPT and First Response. I say that when you look at the prices, the cheap ones are the way to go! Oh, and the digital ones? I opened one up to see and it does exactly the same thing as a regular one, it just says pregnant if the test line is activated, and not pregnant if its not. Save your money. I hope this helps alleviate your stress. Its a long slow process to grow a baby once you conceive, so you need patience. Lots and lots of it. good Luck!

Well, the spotting could be implantation bleeding or it could be nothing. You can do one of two things here. You can wait to test again until you miss your period or you can get several of the first response style tests and take them with your first morning urine for the next several days and see if you get a positive. Good luck!
