I used Mom's Best Friend when I first moved here, also without the help of anyone else (except my husband). We were desparate to find someone, and fast as I had a new job approaching. The girls at the agency were great, so helpful, and I received a well trained caregiver to help with my son a couple days a week. The good thing is they can find exactly what you want, someone a little bit of time each week, or someone to help significantly with your week. Good luck with finding someone. I know it has to be someone special in order for you to leave her with your babies!

My sister-in-law might be interested! She is 19 years old (almost 20), and a college student. She is getting her Elementary Teaching degree. Right now, she works at a daycare, but was just saying that she really wanted to find a nanny position. She can make her class schedule fit whatever work schedule she would have. She's a really sweet, very responsible girl, and loves children. Last summer, she lived with a family with 3 children to help the mom while she was on bed-rest with their 4th on the way!
