Stay at Home Mom, or Back to Work?

When I went back to work I worked out an arrangement where I do my job out of my home. As most of my work was done on the computer and over the phone it worked out and now I save time by having no commute. My daughter still goes to daycare. Before quitting your current job you might want to see what type of flexibility they may be able to offer. Perhaps you could do some job sharing or become a part time employee. While it may seem hard to have the conversation, if they say yes it will be a lot easier than starting new.
