Sports Bras
Could anyone recommend a good sports bra? I am a 36 D (which I have had a hard time finding) nursing mom and I recently got the urge to workout again but I am in pain afterwards because I am just not getting the support I need from my bra. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
Thanks

I have several sports bra from several different "Sports" store and I hate them all. I have found that the best sports bras are at Target, they are by
Champion and they are like $16.00.

I am the same size you are and I love to wear the hanes sports bras. I got them at walmart. They are the tagless ones. They give me great support and they come in all different colors.

You may want to try Lane Bryant. They have nursing bras you have to order out of a book. The ladies at Zona Rosa will work with you. Also I found some at Wal-mart but you really have to look they like to hide the nursing stuff.

hey girl, i'm a 34 G while nursing and before was a 34 D with plenty of saggage so i know the need for a good sports bra. champion makes a good one that has hook and loop closures in the back and adjustable straps. i believe it's called high impact, zero movement bra, something like that. i've also been told by friends that the enell sports bra is excellent. i don't own one, but haven't been doing high enough impact activities to really need one. now neither of these are nursing bras, so you'd have to just wear them while you're working out, hopefully in between feedings. but i got my champion at academy sports, but the enell i think you have to order online! hope that helps!

The best workout bra I have found for larger busted women is at Victoria's Secret. They have an entire active wear line. The sports bras are sold in different levels of support. I go between a 34 DD and36 D to DD, and I am comfortable every time I run, do Tae Bo or any other vigorous activity. Good Luck!

Hey A.!
Victoria's Sectret has a good line, however most of their stores don't carry our sizes in stock. I suggest ordering oline. However, I do want to let you kno that while I was nursing my son, I started working out, and had some problems. I consulted with my OB and a lactation consultant, and was advised that more than a light workout would dry up my milk supply. I continues on what I thought was a light workout, and did see my milk reduce SIGNIFICANTLY. I had to stop working out because my son's nutrition and health were more important to me. So be careful. Good Luck Hon.

'Dicks' is a great place to shop. I am also a 36 D and they had several options. They don't look cute like the smaller breasted girls but believe me I am not taking my shirt off.
