Sports Bra Suggestions
I really want to exercise more but I am seriously held back from doing anything too active because my boobs are so big. Especially since I had my son and I am nursing. My bra size is 40F, and it's important to me that a sports bra not be too constrictive because I don't want my milk to go away. I also want to avoid that uni-boob, smooshed look. Do any of you know of a brand/style of sports bras that is made for women with very large breasts? Also, if it can be helped I do not want to spend a ton of money...

I recommend looking at Title 9. They have great workout bras. I'm a DD, and have found several styles that I like for working out. No bra that actually works for anyone over a B is going to be cheap, but these aren't too bad. And they last a long time. Good luck!

Have you tried Bravado bras. Maybe not the total sports bra thing, but they are made for larger sizes, and for nursing, and sooo comfy.

I'm at the opposite end of the "boob spectrum," so I can't recommend a specific bra, but have you ever tried Title 9? All they sell is workout wear for women, and I've found their clothes and bras to be well made. I wouldn't call them cheap, but they're not exorbitant either, and the quality is very good.

I would try something in the Playtex 18-hour bra department (check out www.onehanesplace.com). Some of them are designed for working out and many of them come in larger sizes (I'm a 42 F myself). I'm still breastfeeding, and I've worn them to work out (and One Hanes Place is having a sale on them now!).
Best,
R.

Go to Tina's Closet in downtown Lisle. She'll be able to fit you correctly...it may cost some money, but it will be worth it. Any bras for that large of breasts are expensive because they have to do a lot more to give it the correct support.

Im big boobed as well (LOL) and very athletic...the best bra ever is GLAMORISE or GLAMORCISE. I bought mine at a specialty bra place but just discovered they also sell them in JCPenney catalog.

I sell bras - and the one I carry is the Ennell bra. It is the one that Oprah wore for the marathon. I can help you earn your bra for free if you would like.
