I would be a bit wary - my son had some reactions to milk products as a young child (he's 7 now and no longer has any reactions to cow's milk)
Soy milk is full of sugar and he has decayed teeth to show for drinking soy milk instead of regular milk during his younger years.
My family is also organic eating - and I totally understand giving up so you can buy organic -
Soy products are really not that great anyway - with the healthy / vegetarian lifestyle so 'BIG' right now soy has been the product of choice, but really it's not that wonderful -
try goat's milk or of course - organic cow's milk.
if you cannot do these - try rice milk as well - but typically these milks are laden with sugar - just beware that this can be just as bad as giving your child alot of juice - which also contains too much sugar.
And I have read about the effects of estrogen from soy products on boys - and it the same as lots of stuff you read - is it true or not, who knows - heres a good read though - stating why men should consume soy milk - for reduced risk of prostate cancer - http://www.enzymeuniversity.com/artman/publish/article_88...

It's bad for them if they're allergic to it. Even though soy contains phytoestrogens, billions of asians eat soy and drink soymilk every day and are fine. It's not bad for them. I wouldn't, however, switch because of a perception that it's better for them. If they can tolerate cow's milk, you can stick with it. Goat's milk is also very nutritious. Your kids should get plenty of vitamins from other foods they eat. You can always supplement with a multi-vitamin if you're concerned about their intake.
To be clear, there is NO REPUTABLE RESEARCH which links soy to extra breast tissue, underdeveloped sex organs, or anything else.
BTW, a food labeled "natural" is not necessarily organic. To be considered organic, it must meet strict requirements of a certification association, such as Oregon Tilth. The grocery stores (Harris Teeter does this a LOT) will frequently label something "natural" in order to charge a premium price.
