I am pregnant and have a 3 1/3 year old. I would love feed back on sit and stand strollers. Does anyone have a favorite that you would recommended? I would like to know your experience good and bad. Thanks!

We have the Joovy Caboose (sit and stand) and we LOVE it! My 3-yr. old daughter loves riding on the jumpseat in the back (or standing). It was also great when my 1-yr. old was still in the infant seat - the stroller has an attachment that is pretty universal and will take most seats. It's got a decent storage basket in the bottom (won't hold a big diaper bag), but it lacks cupholders:( It handles so much better than most double strollers.

I am not a big fan of the sit and stand strollers. My oldest hated it. It was not comfortable for him and he whined the whole time. We ended up getting a Combi Twin Savvy and both my kids love it! I would borrow one and try it out first and make sure that it makes sense for your kids. Good luck!

I have a 4 year old and a newborn. We got the Sit n stand deluxe
and really like it. My oldest can easily get in and out and obviously can sit or stand. It's a good fit for siblings further apart in age!

My kids are 4-1/2 and 15 months. We got the baby trend sit and stand when my younger son was born. I like it, but it is definitely not as easy to handle as my single stroller (Graco Quattro Tour). It is bulkier to get in and out of the car, and is more difficult to manuever turns, etc. in a store due to its length. However, it has served its purpose well. I love having a place to put the four year old if he loses the priviledge of walking in the store or if he just wants to ride. The baby trend has a cup holder that the joovy does not. I think BRU just started carrying the baby trend one. I got mine online and only had to pay less than $10 shipping. Good luck!

i love my joovy sit and stand--my son is bigger than average and picking him up to put him in a stoller wasn't easy, so when baby #2 came along, i got the sit and stand and love love love it---wish it had a cup holder, but my son, who was almost 3 when we first got it, loves being able to "sit" or "stand" like a big boy.

We have the Joovy sit and stand and really like it. I have a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old. The back part has a place my 4yr old can sit and be buckled into, or slide the seat forward a bit and he can stand, it has a strap across the back that he can lean back on. The only thing I don't like about it is very little storage and no cup holders for me!

Hope this helps!

Did not like the sit and stand at all... we took it back and bought the combi twin side by side stroller it is super light weight and fits at the mall and other places easy!

My oldest son, at the time we bought the sit and stand was 3.5 and would jump out while it was moving and put his feet down and just drove me nuts... it was not a good thing for an active child and every time I stopped, he would get out and run around... hated it!

Hi. Well I just got a used Baby Trend sit and stand from off of Craig's list last week. It was alittle awkward at first, with the size of it being alittle longer than a single stroller. But Its working out nice for my 4 year old and 22 month old. I have a nice side by side but hate it for going into any stores including the malls. It's a BUGGER getting through the doors and clothes isles! The sit and stand works nicely for us winding through the stores. As for comfort for the older child, it's not made for a comfy recline or anything like that. It's more for when they get tired and need a ride or if you just need a place to strap them into for awhile. I like to use it for my small trips into Walmart instead of getting a yucky buggy with a buggered up wheel! :)
And my 4 year old loves it too.
