Shout Color Cathers in HE Machines

I was wondering if anyone had used Shout Color Catches in an HE washing machine and if it worked? I just am not sure that there is enough water "floating" around in the machine to make it worthwhile. Any thoughts?

I adore those Color Catcher things!!! I use them all the time in my HE washer for fabric and other clothes. They do the trick very well. I have found that the smaller load you have, the better it catches since my old-type of HE does not have an adjustment on the amount of load I put in it.

Not sure how they work but they did for me in the 2 times I've used them. Good luck!

I find that it catches less dye in my HE washer than it did in my old one, but I haven't had problems with dyes spreading in the HE washer when I use them either. So, they seem to be doing their job. Maybe there's just less dye floating around in the HE washer than my old one.

My husband and I were just talking about this last night. HE or regular we just can't imagine that it works 100% since clothes end up laying on each other when the washer stops. We think it could minimize the issue but not eliminate it....easier to sort our loads than to ruin them.
