Short Term Health Insurance

A friend of mine who is married & has 3 young children needs short term health insurance for about 90 days. Do you have any recommendations on what kind of insurance would be good for them? They are on a very tight budget.

My kids are on CHIPS and if she makes too much for that check into Unicare.

I have heard that Blue Cross Blue Shield has temporary insurance.
