I am looking to purchase a Tucker Sling recommended by my doctor for my daughter's acid reflux - I am trying to find it as cheap as possible due to financial hardships right now. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Thanks to everyone for their response and help - we have gotten a AR pillow from one of the responses from Mamasource. Cheyanne slept wonderfully last night for 6 & 1/2 hours!!! I appreciate everyone's advice and help! Thank you very much!!

If you put in the keywords "Tucker Sling shop" or something similar, you should get a list of several companies, or sites that list many companies, that sell it and the price. (Note: My husband used aloe Vera juice added to his fruit juice each day and it kept him from having to take meds. I also read on a medical journal that blackberries were proven to help.)

Hi L.!!

We have one that my daughter used. If I remember, they are $150 at the pharmacies. I'll sell you mine for $50 if you are interested. The wedge has been stored in her closet, let me try to find the sling portion of it. We never used the sling on it, she HATED it! We just padded the bottom area with some books and blankets so she didn't slip all the way to the bottom. But it's not angled high enough that she'll fall. My daughter stayed upright in it and we never had any problems.

Call or email me if you'd like. Or PM here.

My dd just moved up to the M size sling and I tried everywhere-even Teri @ tucker herself. the cheapest new route is at medical city-its 66 for the sling-no tax and they have the wedges too. It works great for dd-she slept all night at 3 mo, whereas ds who had severe reflux w/o it didn't sleep all night til 15 mo!!

the pharmacy # is ###-###-####. If you have insurance, you can get a prescription and they may cover it-the medical code for the sling is E0621. Teri at tucker can be contacted at ###-###-####. My advice is dont get the pedicarft "danny" sling. tucker is much better!
