Here's a terrific reference. Fatima has cleaned my house for over a year and is the best. She cleans things I don't expect and does little extras like folds all the toilet paper rolls and paper towels into triangle points, re-hangs all the towels to look nice and brings all her own supplies and industrial powered vacuum.
