Seeking Reliable, Hardworking, Reasonably Priced Cleaning Service /Lady

I am having pretty bad luck with cleaning services lately. One service stained my carpet & wouldn't even come look at it and another broke my vacuum and didn't tell me. I didn't find out about it until I went to use the vacuum. So, I am searching for a cleaning service or lady that will make my house sparkle, is trustworthy and won't break the bank. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks
