I have a daughter who will turn 3 this summer. I'm looking for any activities - dance, art, music - for 3 year olds. I live just west of 270 and north of 40/64.

What can I do next?

The Zoo is free, there is the Botanical Garden, kids that age love to explore, I have 3 girls, she'll love the pretty flowers. Tower Grove Park, or Corndelet park. There is also the magic house off of 44. And mapquest directions for the Science Center its free, and so is Grant's farm.

Hi- My son is turning 4 and last summer he attended a music class at St. Louis Symphony school in Chesterfield. It wasn't terribly expensive and there are scholarships if the cost seems prohibitive. Good luck.

Many area preschools offer summer camps for little kiddos- I would look into some of those. Also, Kindermusik offers summer classes (though they're for parent and child). Good luck, and let us know what you've found (I have an almost 3 year old daughter too!).

Try Camp Pegnita in Kirkwood. ###-###-####

At age 3 she will have inside Montessori classes in the morning. A short time in the swimming pool and nap in the afternoon. The day is 8:30-3:30pm.

Okay, so I just moved here about one month ago, so I really do not know where you live. But, we are enrolling our son in the YMCA summer program, just an idea.

I don't know how far one is away form where you are, but my 15 month old loves going to the Little Gym! I have seen the bigger kids' classes waiting ofr ours and they all seem to enjoy it as well. Most, including mine don't want to leave. It is only once a week and you get to stay and play with them. THey incorporate music and play with skills to challenge the little ones depending on their age group. You might want to look their website up because parents I have met from there are going to continue with it as well!
